The best tip a person give you is to start from learning thing from a teacher. If you teach yourself something your teacher will probally say “i really wish you hadnt done that”. Let a teacher get you into good habits rather than finding lessons on here and getting into bad habits.

The bridge isn’t …
The bridge isn’t supposed to mve, but it isnt “fixed” to the violin either. the tension of the strings holds it in place.
